Quick follow-up from this morning's post. The Onion has an awesomely hilarious (parody) news feature of another reason to hate Bratz: they give impressionable young girls an unhealthy, unrealistic image of head size.
LOL! I love The Onion's parody posts! Have you seen the one about Justin Bieber really being a 50-something year old predator? What's even funnier is the people that believe them!
Oh and I'm with Kristen - I love the "skanky" tag!
If you look at some of the anorexic models and celebs they do look like they have enormous heads. In fact, many people refer to these stick figures as "bobble heads" or "lollipops". I know this clip was tongue in cheek but I don't let my daughter play with those dolls not only because they look like hookers, have a horrible name but becuase their physical features are completely out of whack (almost no nose reminds me of Michael Jackson's plastic surgery gone wrong, yuck). I was not happy to hear they were back on the market.
While this is funny, it reminds me that Sadie has a little head...because of her brain damage. I WISH she had a larger head, but NOT like a BRATZ doll!!
